You can now create an account and self-manage your reservation from the comfort of your phone. You can also pay online or visit the office.

Reservation types - Thursday, April 21, 2022

This new reservation software now allows you to be in control of your reservation. All you do, is create an account, pick your facility, check the calendar for available dates, select your date, and pay. There is no waiting for approval from the Town.
 
However, if you plan on having league play/practice or a large community-type event, we do require several additional documents, like a Certificate of Insurance and a layout of the event (this second document is for community events only). For the large community-type events, we do ask that you submit your idea several months in advance so that there is time between the approval process and the event day. This approval process includes a presentation to our Parks & Recreation Committee, a possible presentation to our Mayor and Council, followed by a recommendation from the P&R Committee chair. Once approved, a specific fee will be established and the point of contact will be invoiced via the online portal.
